REFUND POLICY
1. Farmers & Fishermen Purveyors is a small father/son company food purveyor of the finest seafood and meats. We ship nationwide and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality and great tasting products.                                                           
2. Our shipping process begins within one hour of your order placement and it is essential that you double-check all shipping addresses carefully. Since we are shipping perishable product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if UPS has to re-route your delivery because of faulty information provided. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide at the time your order acknowledgement is confirmed. 
3. Upon receipt, we request that you open up the package within four hours of the package being delivered and check that the product is in satisfactory condition. Upon arrival, if the product is not frozen, or is not in a thawed state under 40 degrees Fahrenheit, please contact our customer service number provided on your confirmation and we will arrange for a pick-up of that product and a redelivery of replacement product.
4. Should you have a question or concern regarding your food delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery. We reserve the right to request that product be returned before processing a credit or reshipment. Thank you for your confidence and support of Farmers & Fishermen.
